She Taught Herself to Yodel From a Tape and Book, and the AGT Judges Loved It

Taylor Ware yodeler

Taylor Ware came to the very first season of America’s Got Talent in 2006 with an unusual skill. She sings and yodels, and she told the judges she taught herself from an instruction book and a tape when she was seven.

She sang a cheerful song about going to Switzerland and filled it with fast, clean yodeling. Her voice flipped up and down with ease. 🎶

One judge stopped everyone to point out that she learned all of it from a tape and a booklet and called her a very good student. Another said it was one of the most unusual and great acts they had seen.

The judges wanted to vote right away, and the answer was yes. A girl who learned from a tape at home had just won over the biggest talent stage in America. ❤️
