A Family of Six Sang How Far I’ll Go From Moana on AGT

The Sharpe Family Singers performing on America's Got Talent

Six singers walked onto the America’s Got Talent stage together, and every one of them was family. Mom and dad came with their four grown children, Samantha, Logan, Connor and Aidan, and together they perform as the Sharpe Family Singers. The family lives in New Jersey, and the oldest of the kids is 27.

Their story started long before AGT. Mom and dad told the judges they performed together on stage about 30 years ago, before they were married, and even had their first kiss on stage during a show. One by one, each of the kids wanted to join their parents, and the family act was born.

They said they sing everywhere, in the shower, in the car and all around the house. For their audition they chose “How Far I’ll Go” from Moana 🎶, and their voices came together in big, rich harmonies.

The family told the judges they had wanted to be on the show for years and hoped to make a living from music one day. Watching all six of them sing as one, it was easy to see how much music means to this family ❤️.
