Brad Byers and his wife, Dr. Tracy, walked onto the America’s Got Talent stage looking like they had come straight from a quiet Sunday lunch. Brad explained that he is retired and used to work in the surplus department of the University of Idaho.
The judges said they love surprises, and this couple was about to deliver one they would never forget 😳.
Brad held up a five inch long spike and a small piece of plywood. Then he calmly explained that he was going to nail the board to his own face. The audience gasped, and that was only the beginning.
What followed was a string of shocking stunts, with Tracy right by his side helping with every one of them. The crowd kept covering their eyes, and the judges were screaming and laughing at the same time 🔨.
After the act, the couple shared their story. They found out they both loved riding horses, and that was not all they had in common. They have now been married for eight years.
One judge called it one of the weirdest things ever seen on AGT, and another said it was his favourite act of the night. Mel B said no because the audience looked horrified, but Sofia and Simon added their yeses, and the couple went through. Brad was still bleeding a little at the end, but he said he was okay 😅.
