Sidewalk Specials was made aware of a dog whose owner kept him in the garage every day of the week, all day long. The puppy had spent the previous seven months living under a car, and it was dark.

He was unable to adapt to anything else because that was everything he knew. Winston, though, was in need of improvement.

He sat in a box at the rescue facility, unable to go. He was thin, but he had never gone outside. He was acting in total ignorance.

But the following morning, Winston was a totally different dog! Now he may gain social skills in a foster family. The best baby sister would subsequently be given to him by a forever family who would adopt him!
