Cruel people had devised a plan that was both evil and insane. Without giving the repercussions a second thought, they wanted to make a “cool” video for social media in order to garner views and likes.
Their plan was to restrain an untamed animal and abandon it on the railroad tracks, directly in front of a train that was approaching. The victim was a stunning lynx, a predator with vivid amber eyes and patterned hair.
It was unable to move since its body and legs were securely bound together with a heavy rope. Persuaded that the train wouldn’t be able to stop in time, the people laughed and captured everything on camera. They were aware that the train always arrived at this location on time, passing precisely once every hour, and that it would arrive at any time.
The lynx thrashed frantically, trying desperately to get away as it felt the ground quake and heard the distant rumble of the approaching train. Its eyes were filled with dread, its breathing became labored, and its claws raked against the wooden sleepers. Time was running out, it knew.
The train then abruptly came into view. The iron giant’s yellow headlights pierced the chilly air as it pressed ahead unrelentingly. Despite the lynx’s best efforts, the ropes remained in place. It appeared to have already met its demise.
However, just when hope was all but gone, an entirely unexpected event occurred.
Abruptly, a crimson SUV pulled up to the rails. A man with a knife in his hand leaped out, muscular and resolute. He hurried over to the animal without thinking.
The lynx froze, its eyes filled with fear as it gazed at the guy. The man swiftly cut at the ropes, aware that every second mattered. After some effort, the blade managed to sever the dense knots.
The rails shook beneath the feet as the train’s scream became louder.
Then the ropes came loose at the last second. Like a freed spring, the lynx sprung up and ran into the woods. Shortly before the train roared by, the man sprang from the tracks.
The vicious people’s favorite platform, social media, turned against them. The cops eventually obtained the video they had taken themselves. They were condemned by the court after being found guilty of animal cruelty.
However, the man who rescued the lynx rose to hero status. Environmentalists thanked him, his name made the headlines, and most significantly, a free lynx now resided deep in the forest, thanks to his bravery.
