A 79-year-old woman married a young student: Everyone was taken aback until they discovered the true cause of this peculiar wedding.
There was utter stillness in the room when the 22-year-old student and the 79-year-old woman arrived at the registry office arm in arm. The bride wore a veil over her head, her white dress was ironed nicely, and she had a controlled, slightly guilty grin on her lips. Wearing a dark suit, the groom appeared composed yet resolute.
Behind them, whispers were already audible. People who had come for their own ceremonies, including friends, family, and onlookers, couldn’t help but laugh.
– “Is this a joke?”
— “Is the apartment the reason for his marriage?”
— “He’s most likely mentally ill.”
The mother of the groom made a last-ditch effort to convince her son to reconsider:
– “Son, reconsider. She is about eighty years old! This isn’t typical!
However, the young man remained steadfast. His reverence for the bride was odd, almost unpleasant.
The wedding happened. without any music. without a formal ceremony. Just the registrar’s dry remarks, a few sporadic onlookers’ cheers, and the flashes from reporters’ cameras who had already learned about this “shocking love.”
One day, two, a week went by. The bride stopped going out in public. The groom didn’t. Nobody was aware of their residence. However, after a terrifying revelation, it became evident why the young man had married the elderly woman…. 
The local newspaper included a brief mention a month later that read, “Anna K. died, recently married to a young student.” “Heart attack in sleep” was stated as the cause of death. The pupil was not present at the burial.
Then, however, a terrifying event occurred.
This was inadvertently said by a lecturer at the law school where the young groom was a student:
— “How to avoid a will and inherit property without being a relative” was the topic of a paper he was preparing. He was curious about every method of inheriting, including uncommon legal loopholes.
Reporters began to investigate. As it happened, Anna K. was the only owner of a sizable piece of property in the heart of the city, which several developers had been attempting to purchase for years. However, she consistently declined to sell.
According to a well drawn marriage contract, all of the plot’s rights abruptly transferred to the young widower after her death.
The land sold for 47 million a month later. The widower vanished.
