It turns out that sleeping naked has health benefits in addition to being liberating.

It is believed that a healthy level of the hormone melatonin ensures restful sleep. The hormone is normally released while you sleep unclothed.

Positive and joyful emotions are released when the sexual hormone oxytocin is released through physical touch and affection. Sleeping naked with your lover can be a great way to strengthen your relationship because you feel these hormones and emotions more when you’re not wearing clothing.

Do you experience stress frequently? Then it’s imperative that you sleep naked. Disrobing lowers cortisol, a stress hormone that simply rises in extreme heat. Many people feel more at ease when they sleep naked because it gives them a sense of freedom. Without clothing, there is less stress.

It has been shown that sleeping naked improves blood circulation more than sleeping with clothing on. You will feel more rested as a result of getting a deeper sleep.
