My husband and I built a small but cozy 18 m² house, and we’d love to get your thoughts on it

I want to tell the fascinating tale of our tiny 18-square-meter home in this piece. This little home is so charming and stylish that it’s perfect for living alone year-round or as a holiday cottage. Many people claim that having the desire is all that is necessary, and in our situation, that desire is really crucial.

The house has a charming appearance from the exterior. Constructed as a tiny studio, it fits in well with the surroundings. The courtyard has a pleasant terrace with walks and plants, which makes it feel welcoming and comfortable.

The owners claim that because it is prepared for winter, it is comfortable for year-round living. This tiny cottage is used as a guest room, and their main house is close by.

A multipurpose space that combines the kitchen, living room, and bedroom is easily accessible from the door. Every piece is painstakingly designed in a simple yet elegant way. Everything has its place, even coat racks, rugs, and kitchen shelves.

The house is little, but it includes everything you need for a pleasant life: a bathroom, a sleeping area, a practical mini-kitchen, and even a comfy spot to read or watch TV.

“With 25 cm thick insulated walls and underfloor heating, we built this house like a thermos, making it warm and cozy even during the winter months,” the owner adds.

The house has all the amenities needed for comfortable living, including a well-designed shower and toilet, despite its small size.

The kitchen is heated by electrical heating, and lamps that were rescued from an ancient house give it a unique charm.

How do you feel about this tiny home? Doesn’t it demonstrate that you can design a comfortable and functional home even with a small amount of space?
