Julia Roberts shared a brand-new self-portrait on Instagram on October 28, 2022, in celebration of her 55th birthday. The actress shared a glimpse of her home and herself in the picture.

She was seen wearing spectacles as she drank from a white cup. Roberts appeared to be grinning based on the look in her eyes as she faced the camera without hesitation.

In the background, there were birthday balloons in two distinct colors—pink and gold. On her 55th birthday, the star said in the caption of her photo that she was “feeling the love and the magic.” She went on to say:

“My cup has run out of space.”

The well-known actress most likely had her devoted spouse and all three of their kids by her side as she celebrated the significant event. As seasoned fans are well aware, the actress gave birth to her first child at a very advanced age.

When Roberts and her husband, Danny Moder, announced they were expecting twins, they had been married for more than two years, according to a Roberts spokesman. Marcy Engelman revealed that it was expected that the actress would give birth in 2005.

On November 28, 2004, Hazel and Phinnaues Moder, the couple’s twins and her firstborn child, were born far earlier than their parents had expected. At the age of 37, she became a mother for the first time, and she talked about how she came up with the names for her kids.

Although Roberts thought the name Hazel was outdated, he couldn’t help but be struck by how brave and ideal the small girl was. Before they could use the name Danny selected for the kid, the actress wanted him to have a formal name since she felt it sounded more like a nickname than a proper name. She felt the name sounded more like a nickname than the name her husband had intended to use for their kid, Finn.

In December 2006, People magazine noted that the star’s main priority was becoming a mother. Her lifelong friend Marc Platt, who produced “Three Days of Rain,” added context to the event by saying the following:

She says the kids are mostly responsible for her contentment and sense of achievement. Seeing it in action is fantastic.

In June of the subsequent year, People magazine announced that Roberts, then 39, had given birth to a son, Henry Daniel Moder. The celebrity gave birth to her third kid in Los Angeles, weighing eight and a half pounds at birth.

All members of the family were doing well, according to her spokesperson, Marcy Engelman. Despite being a well-known celebrity, the actress was just a typical parent who valued her family.

In 2013, the news outlet USA Today noted that Roberts did not often share images of her three kids on social media or provide details about her whereabouts or plans. When a friend gave her a collection of J.D. Salinger’s short stories as a gift, she took the time to compose a thank-you message on paper.

The “Pretty Woman” actress was adept at escaping the busy Hollywood lifestyle, and when she did, she and her family were discovered hiding out in one of their homes. At that time, the actress lived in New Mexico, California, or New York City. She is cited as stating:

“We take safety measures to protect our kids. All we want is to be left alone so that we may spend quality time with our family without any interruptions.

Danny’s wife assumed she had been “fortunate” because she was too old to engage in the “digital age” or the “weird culture” of celebrities. She was of a different and certain age, and she was thrilled about it and thought it was helpful.

Roberts revealed in 2010 the extent of her love and commitment for her kids. Her husband’s early morning wake-up calls were “sweeter” now that she was a mother, and she delighted in observing her three kids as they adapted to a new day.

The actress from “Eat, Pray, Love” called her family “heavenly,” “wonderful,” “gentle,” “angelic,” and “sweet.” When Danny’s wife reached forty-three, she began sewing to keep her mind “strong.” She made slacks for her spouse and pillows for her kids!

One of Julia Roberts’ favorite things to do was “come home triumphantly” to her family at the end of the day; she called it the “greatest stuff.”

Despite her celebrity status, she portrays herself as a normal mother and housewife. Roberts discussed how important it was to her to regularly eat breakfast and dinner with her kids in an interview with InStyle that was published in 2018.

It seemed to her that the meals provided a chance for everyone to start things off together before processing and to unwind at the end of the day. In addition to meeting her husband at work, the celebrity thought that giving children their first cell phones at the age of 12 was a good idea, as was the case with Hazel.

In 2022, Roberts said in an interview that appeared on Sunday Morning that she valued her profession and her family, but not equally. She revealed that while playing was her goal come true, it was not the only one and that it had not “consumed” her life.

The actress claimed to have other aspirations, including a family life she had established with her spouse of 20 years at the time and their kids. After a long day, Roberts saw it as the “greatest stuff” to “triumphantly” return to her family in the coziness of their home.

In addition, she made her first appearance in a romantic comedy that same year. The actress collaborated on the movie once more with George Clooney, her longtime friend and co-star in “Ticket to Paradise.”
