How To Make Your Glass Stovetop Clean Again

In comparison to gas stoves, electric stoves are typically far less expensive and much easier to use. This is most likely the reason for their enormous popularity. But you don’t need me to tell you how hard it is to maintain an electric stove if you own one. A burnt-on stain that will never go away appears the moment a small amount of water boils over. Fortunately, you can restore the original appearance of your glass cooktop with this easy technique!

Jillee of One Good Thing claims that By Jillee, all you need to fix a stained glass stovetop are baking soda, distilled vinegar, liquid dish soap, and a cloth. First, fill a spray bottle with vinegar and generously mist the cooktop.

Then, liberally scatter baking soda over the top.

Soak the towel in hot water with dish soap added, either in a bucket or the sink. It is essential to wear protective gloves because you want the water to be quite hot.

Gently wring the towel out (but not completely) and lay it flat across the entire stovetop. For fifteen to twenty minutes, leave the towel there.

After the allotted time has elapsed, take off the towel and clean any tough spots with a gentle brush. You might need to go through this procedure once again if your stove is in really bad condition.

Finally, clean the stovetop with a microfiber cloth after spritzing a little vinegar on it. Your stove will now be bright and appear brand-new!
