Mark Wahlberg explains reason why he wakes up at 2.30am every day

Although it’s true that we all have the same number of hours in a day as Beyoncé, one famous person is taking the statement to heart.

Mark Wahlberg revealed his bizarre daily schedule yesterday. It begins with an alarm clock set for the mouth-watering hour of 2:30 a.m. every day.

Well, we’re not kidding.

Even Mark's routine is bound to the schoolrun at 3pm

The 47-year-old starts his day early, before some people go to bed, to ensure he has enough time to do his hour-and-a-half workout after saying his morning prayers.

The Ted actor opened up to his fans on Instagram stories about his daily schedule, which included breakfast and prayer at 3:15 a.m.

After his workout, he takes a shower, plays golf, and eats a couple snacks before starting his workday.

Still, we’re worn out already.

The man posts many videos of his intense workouts, which are allegedly in preparation for his upcoming role in the film Mile 22.

A man who may be in awe of the actor is Piers Morgan, who went to the actor’s house and remembered the rigorous exercise regimen the star follows before the birds even wake up.

We talked about [Mark’s] renowned exercise program. He remarked in Event magazine, “My team guts a hotel room and turns it into a private gym for me when I’m on location.”

“Explain to me a typical day in the filming process,” I said. “I get up at 2:30 in the morning and work out for an hour, taking 10-second breaks, from 3 to 4 in the morning. We then make our way to a nearby basketball court where we play an hour of two-on-two.

I get a dish of chicken and veggies when I return to the hotel at six in the morning, and I go to the set at seven. In my trailer, I perform 500 sit-ups a day to stay in shape.

I wrap up at 6 p.m., return to the hotel, and box for 45 minutes. After that, have dinner and retire by eight o’clock at night.
