The actress Julia Roberts had dated a few well-known men throughout the years, but she didn’t truly find happiness until she met her true love in 2002. It has never been easy for her and Daniel Moder, who is now her husband. The two had went through quite a bit of trauma before they got to where they are now.
When Moder and Vera Steimberg first met in 2000 while working on the set of The Mexican, they were already married. Despite her denial, there were suspicions that the Runaway Bride actress was to blame for Moder and Steimberg’s divorce from their previous union.
Before marrying Moder, with whom she had three children—twins Phinnaeus and Hazel, and a son called Henry—Roberts had romances with the actors Dylan McDermott, Matthew Perry, Jason Patric, and Liam Neeson. Her brief relationship with actor Kiefer Sutherland ended mere days before their wedding. Lyle Lovett, a well-known country musician, was Roberts’ next husband; they were married from 1993 to 1995. When Roberts first met Moder, there were rumors that she was dating actor Benjamin Bratt.
20 years after their wedding, Roberts and Moder are still much in love.
She continued, “He honestly is just my favorite human, to this day, to this minute. I’m more interested in what he has to say or his point of view than anyone else. We are quite lucky in that regard. We genuinely adore and enjoy being with each other.
She said that being married is a gamble and that their love just becomes deeper over time. “You’re young and you fall in love and go, “Yeah, we’re going to get married and we’re going to build a house and will have kids,” and all these things that we kind of dream of,” the author writes. “But you’re not sure if you’re going to like the same couch and you don’t know if he is going to want to get patterned towels.”
The actress said, “We are really lucky that there is some kind of some explicable harmony to the way we do things. “Until you are actually doing it,” she said, “you just don’t know these things.” He was the best choice she had ever made, she declared.
Insiders said about Roberts and Moder in 2020 that they “really feel like soulmates. Their ability to get along is crucial. Danny still adores Julia and Julia still finds him extremely beautiful after all this time. “Whatever it takes, the couple is committed to staying together for the long haul.”
