An entirely new scandal involving the British royal family has surfaced.
Prince William has come under fire for allegedly agreeing to take a bribe in the form of a very substantial sum of money. It was none other than Prince Harry who made this charge.
During the hearing for the lawsuit he filed against the media company NGS, which is controlled by Rupert Murdoch, Harry made a fresh claim against his older brother in front of the judge.
William’s younger brother is suing the company, as was previously reported, because its employees repeatedly permitted themselves to hack into his phone, steal personal information, and even place listening devices wherever they could.
Harry has now claimed that Murdoch gave William £1 million to cover up the affair. due to the repeated hackings of his older brother’s phone. In actuality, the younger prince accused his brother in public of accepting a bribe.
Prince William did not respond to this assertion directly.
The heir to the throne, however, made a statement on the circumstance via the BBC news agency. According to the statement, Harry’s accusations are unfounded.
In fact, William apparently sued NGS after learning that his phone had been hacked for the first time in 2005.
But unlike Harry, the older prince never enjoyed staging public showdowns, so William ultimately decided to resolve the dispute outside of court.
The arrangement he and Murdoch reached at the time was classified at the same time. William, however, vehemently and unequivocally denies taking any money from NGS.
Whatever the case, King Charles III, the father of both princes, was extremely angered by this tale. because the issue broke out just 10 days before his coronation, among other reasons.
The devoted wife of William, Kate Middleton, who always supports her husband in everything, was just as distraught.
Harry’s remarks also effectively ended the last possibility that the brothers could find common ground.
