The other day, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson revealed something surprising. As a teenager, he repeatedly stole chocolate bars from a grocery store in Hawaii.
Johnson made the decision to go back to the “scene of the crime” since he had been plagued by regret for so long.
On his microblog, The Rock shared a video of his trip to the store.
“When I was 14, every day on my way to the gym, I stole big Snickers bars. I couldn’t afford to buy them, so I didn’t. The same person worked there every time, but he would just glance my way and never catch me.
Dwayne claimed that when his family left Hawaii in 1987, every time he went back and passed that grocery, he felt compelled to take action.
The actor unexpectedly showed up there the other day and bought up all of the Snickers, shocking the cashier and customers with his tale of youthful misbehavior.
Johnson wrote with satisfaction, “I finally exorcised this chocolate demon that has been tormenting me for years,” and he left the bag of candy at the checkout: “Just give this person one of my bars if you see them stealing from you,” the man said.
